New Fault Logging System
As we are always looking at ways to improve service to our customers, we have implemented a new fault logging & tracking system.
We wanted a service with the ability for clients to log, view and update their own calls, and provide accurate information to our engineers to help resolve problems that our customers are experiencing.
Installing the latest technology, York IT Services are now able to manage all our customers assets at the touch of a button, and bring up any relevent detail of the product from the serial number to the password to access the device. This gives us greater speed to resolve problems faster as we are able to pre-programme devices in our workshop before installing them at site!
